Introduction of each machine

2. The potato washing and peeling machine is used to wash and peel them automatically.  

3. Then it is the picking line that picks the well formed ones and send them to cutting  machine.

4. the cutter is used to cut potato chips Based on capacity, we have various models to cut different capacity and thickness.

5.Washing process is for washing off the potato starch on the potato chips which can keep it from fall in the oil and keep long-use life for the frying machine.At the same time, the potato chips is totally immersed in water which can keep it from enzymatic-oxydative browning, because the sugar can be affected with amino acid and the produce the black and brown color

6.Blanching is a necessary part in processing vegetables and fruits as it can protect their natural flavor from being broken.

7. Dewatering is prepared for the frying part. The dewatered potato strips are low in moisture and easy to fry.

8. Frying is an important step. The frying time is 1-2 minutes. The frying machine can take electricity, gas, diesel, coal as the fuel. Based on the capacity, we will choose the suitable machinery for you.

9. The deoiling line is next step. Deoiling will make the fried food crispier and  more palatable.

10. The following is flavoring. Customers can season diversified flavors totally according to their own intentions.

Profile for this line:

 This is fully automatic production line to produce potato chips from fresh potatoes. 
All the machines in the production line are made of stainless steel 304.
Electricity power requirement is 380V/50Hz/three-phase.

For the 100-150kg/h potato chips line:
 The length of the entire production line is 50 meters.
 Water consumption: 0.3 cubic meters per hour. 
 Labor needed: 3-4 people.
 Land needed to install the prodution line is 200 square meters.
 Electric consumption is 156Kw.h.
 Oil consumption is 30 liters per hour (any kind of cooking oil is available, such as: sunflower oil, corn oil, bean oil, peanut oil, rapeseed oil, etc.).
 The blanching temperature and frying temperature are adjustable according to your potato chips condition.
 This production line can also be used to produce sweet potatoes, bananas, taro, yam, etc
The cutting machine can cut the potato sticks of thickness 2-10mm, it is adjustable.

The packing machine is an automatic one, and the machine can feed, elevate, weigh and pack the chips at one time.
